SENIOR ENERGY ENGINEER

The Senior Energy Engineer is responsible for developing, managing and executing energy engineering projects in the solar PV and battery storage space. The Senior Energy Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and analyzing detailed techno-economic models. The Senior Energy Engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, utilities and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute energy engineering projects for solar PV and battery storage projects.

  • Design, develop and analyze detailed techno-economic models for projects

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, utilities and other stakeholders.

  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with customers and partners.

  • Analyze the market to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes and customer needs to ensure the company is well positioned to capitalize on opportunities.

  • Track and report on the performance of projects and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare and present presentations to internal and external stakeholders on the status of projects.

  • Provide support to the sales team in developing and executing commercial strategies.

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of projects with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare financial analysis and business cases for new projects.

Who You are

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in energy engineering

  • Proficient with PVsyst and SolarGIS.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
