The Solar PV Commercial Manager is responsible for developing, managing and executing commercial strategies for the company’s solar PV and battery storage projects. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving sales, negotiating contracts and managing the end-to-end commercial process. The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, utilities and other stakeholders.





What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for solar PV and battery storage projects.

  • Manage the entire commercial process, including pricing, sales, contract negotiation and execution.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, utilities and other stakeholders.

  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with customers and partners.

  • Analyze the market to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes and customer needs to ensure the company is well positioned to capitalize on opportunities.

  • Prepare and present presentations to internal and external stakeholders on the status of projects.

  • Track and report on the performance of projects and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Provide support to the sales team in developing and executing commercial strategies.

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of projects with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare financial analysis and business cases for new projects.

Who You are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in solar PV and battery storage.

  • Experience with Xcel Energy and Tri-State utilities is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the US electricity market and regulatory framework.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
